About the Author 

Roland White's unique view point is a result of playing professional sport and growing up in a yoga centre.  As an exercise and nutrition specialist, he has trained with Premier Training (REPS level 3) and is CHEK qualified as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach (level 2).
